The marble was matched to the bathroom tiles to create a sense of cleanliness and enlarged space. At the same time, the tiles subtly reflect the task and ambient lighting, which takes center stage and creates a motif in both bathrooms. The lighted, rectangular mirrors were cleverly placed in order to appear as windows and convey openness. The combination of angular and curved details give a modern feel without appearing harsh. Ease of use and maintenance were top priorities, as can be seen by the walk-in shower construction, which is accentuated with a glass door and brighter lighting.
