Private Villa in Greece

When constructing a pergola and patio by the sea, we could but pay tribute to its natural surroundings. Not only does the sea air create a particular microclimate that needs to be taken into account when choosing and installing materials, but the landscape also lends itself to being part of the design itself.
Sturdy materials (notice the metal structure, the calacatta gold marble and the Florim stone marble) were combined with the softer, earthly iroko wood to create a sense of balance. The marble was chosen to softly reflect light without absorbing the heat, while the wood and metal were strategically used to form the pergola and create a playful sunlight effect. Gira sockets ensured safety and complemented the primary materials’ style. Ensuring a flawless installation meant maximum durability for the entire construction in the face of corrosive weather conditions.
